Lizzie Errico, Communications Coordinator
Lizzie is the point person on keeping communications flowing around here. A former nurse, she is the perfect person to keep all the details in order day-in, day out from client bookings to blogging. She’s been keeping Maggie on course for 18 months. After growing up in upstate NY, Lizzie is loving exploring her new home with her husband and toddler. She is located in warm and sunny Florida and will be definitely hosting our first team retreat in the near future.
Brittany Becher Dunlop, Operations Director
Brittany is our in-house expert on all things sales automation and Infusionsoft. She’s never met a funnel or autoresponder she couldn’t tame and loves to geek out over sales psychology. Plus, she handles managing the nitty gritty of customer service and marketing systems so we always look good. Brittany has 7 years of corporate and agency experience and has worked in a 7-figure online business. A certified yoga teacher, you may find her doing a headstand at any given time. Currently, she can be found in her tiny space in Cincinnati or rolling around the U.S. in her RV.
Jessica Mehring, Senior Writer + Editor
A seasoned copywriter and Copyblogger Certified Content Marketer, Jessica plays an integral role making sure the right number of spaces are after periods and making copy shine. She works primarily on corporate copywriting clients with a strong focus on business and technology. Though she’s been a professional writer since 1997, over her long career she has also been a web content manager, project manager and corporate communications lead.
Based in Colorado, Jessica has a serious addiction to books (she may need help), and in her spare time she attends comic-book conventions with her husband, reads, walks in nature and does yoga.
Melissa Penton, Social Media Strategist
Melissa is our aficionado of social media. She loves helping CEOs summit their metaphorical mountains and knows that social media can feel like Mount Everest. When Melissa’s not having conversations on Twitter you can find her running, spinning or having a nice glass of red at a local hot spot. Melissa is proud to say she lives in (a Rob Ford-Free) Toronto with her husband, golden retriever Gordie (named after Gord Downie of the Tragically Hip) and their 7 month old (almost crawling) daughter Abigail!
