What is It?

The Client Brewery is a program designed to help entrepreneurs effectively use the voice of the customer. The Client Brewery gives you everything you need to take your client stories and proof to a whole new level.

 

How Does it Work?

Everyone gets immediate access on December 2nd. It is delivered in a workbook format with accompanying videos, checklists and templates to help you collect and actually use your happy customer’s stories in your marketing and sales. Anyone in this inaugural round gets access to the Facebook group, two Q&As and an interview resource guide.

 

Why Was it Developed?

Entrepreneurs are far too focused on sharing their story and they miss the fact that talking about themselves is only going to get them so far. The real magic happens when you can use the voice of your customer to share the quality of your work and results.  Plus, everyone has testimonials, learning how to use other forms of proof will help them stand out.

 

Who is it For?

Essentially anyone who works with clients – coaches, consultants, service providers, small businesses and professionals. It’s also good for product-based businesses who need proof to help close the sale.

Storytelling is more than sharing the hero’s journey, and I’ve been working on voice of the customer programs for 15 years.
