Content Camp is a self-paced program with a new module every week for four weeks. Each week you’ll get a video plus worksheets and supporting resources.

Everything in Content Camp is based on the simple shortcuts and systems I have used with my clients – large corporations to startups to solopreneurs – for the last 15 years.

Plus, you’ll also get support from your Camp Director (that’s me, Maggie Patterson) and your fellow campers in the private Content Camp Facebook Group.

Pack your bags – The limited beta for Content Camp starts Tuesday March 24th.

Here’s the week-by-week breakdown of what we’ll cover during Content Camp:

Week One – Content Mapping

Before you head to Content Camp, you’ll need a map, otherwise you’re going to end up lost in the woods and waste a lot of time and energy. This week you’ll create a content map that will help you get clarity on your overall message, your audience and your brand’s values.

The Content Mapping process you’ll learn is one that I’ve used with large corporations (at a big price tag), and it’s the one I use exclusively with my copywriting and retainer clients today.

The map will help you get the most out of your camp experience and set you up for lasting success.

Week Two – Content Storming

Take cover! The content storm is coming! The good news is you won’t get soaked or need an umbrella for the content storm. You will develop a tangible plan for your content for weeks and months to come based on your business needs. No more struggling for an idea for the blog or simply not sending your newsletter because you’ve not thought of anything to say!

After this week you will have more content ideas than you could dream of, and you will learn a surefire way to generate ideas in under 30 minutes next time you feel stuck or overwhelmed. More importantly, you will learn how to prioritize your ideas so they are effective and you aren’t stuck in “idea” mode.

Week Three – Content Creation

If you love arts and crafts, you are going to love content creation week. You will pick at least one piece of content to create this week using your new ideas, and develop an action plan for all of your content creation. You’ll also get clear on what content you REALLY need moving ahead and how not to spend all of your time stuck in creation mode.

I will teach you my favorite shortcuts to getting content written quickly and how to create only the content you truly need to connect with your audience. You’ll finally be able to get off the content creation hamster wheel and work smarter, not harder.

Week Four – Content Coordination

It’s time to tidy up your cabin and get all your content organized so you can actually use it over and over again. This week we’ll set you up with systems for keeping your content organized and so you can coordinate with your team if you have one.

You will set a set of “done for you” resources to help you manage your content including newsletter and blog post templates, content calendars and more. Also, you’ll get a template designed to help you manage processes.

During Content Camp I will be sharing my secrets from 15 years in the marketing business doing everything from nailing down messages for multi-million dollar product launches, to bringing brand new baby startups to market and working with reporters around the globe.  My belief is that with the right tools and tricks you can master content creation and make it work for your business, without wasting valuable time.
